Ryan I'm going to have to ship you the meat. otherwise I will have to take with me to Edmonton, freeze for 4 days, then take it with me to Montreal. Then find a way (sans vehicle) to send to you in Ontario. I don't even want to think what kind of hassle it will be sending 50-100 pounds of wild meat from Quebec to Ontario...
